  • Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our website.

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to provide the service you request:

  • Reservations and Stays: Verify and confirm your identity, process reservations, manage stays, assign rooms, and provide services during your stay.

  • Payments, Billing, and Collection: Process payments, issue invoices, and charge your credit/debit card.

  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, handle requests, resolve issues, and maintain communication with you before, during, and after your stay.

4. Secondary or Additional Purposes

Additionally, your data may be used for the following secondary and/or additional purposes:

  • Marketing and Advertising: Send you information about promotions, special offers, and events.

  • Service Improvement: Analyze your preferences, conduct satisfaction surveys, and enhance the quality of our stays and overall customer experience.

Refusing the use of your personal data for these purposes will not be a reason for us to deny you the products and services you request or contract with us.

5. Who do we share your information with and for what purposes?

  • Service Providers: Companies that help us operate our business and ensure the proper functioning of services, such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) (), payment processors, marketing companies (), and IT service providers (*).

  • Authorities: When required by law or a court order, to comply with legal obligations and respond to official requests.

Please note that for transfers marked with an asterisk (*), we require your consent.

You may express your refusal for such transfers by sending an email to vdb@cittark.com, clearly stating your objection to us sharing your data with third parties; if you do not express refusal, we will understand that you have granted your consent.

6. How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or object to its use? (ARCO Rights)

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the conditions of its use (Access).

Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used according to legal principles, duties, and obligations (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection).

These rights are known as ARCO Rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit a written request via email to eds@cittark.com, including: your full name and contact information; a clear description of the data in question; and documents that prove your identity. You will receive a response within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days.

You may revoke your consent, if previously granted, for the processing of your personal data.

However, please note that in some cases we may not be able to immediately fulfill your request or stop the use of your data, as we may be legally required to continue processing it.
