All To Know

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, allowing you to settle in and start your stay in comfort. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, giving you ample time to enjoy your last moments with us before you depart.

Our parking spaces are available upon request and must be arranged in advance. While we strive to accommodate all our guests, we cannot guarantee a spot without prior arrangement.

To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, and convenient elevator access for your comfort. These services are available to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises.

We’ll soon be expanding to some of the city’s trendiest spots, including Roma Norte - Durango 140, and Polanco - Sue 330, and La Martine 738. 

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before your reservation. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival will be refunded at 50%. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of your arrival are non-refundable.
